What happens when you just browse

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers: every font, image and video is hosted on our own server. Our web server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and requested page, for a short period to keep the site secure and working. These logs are not linked to any personal profile and are not used for advertising.

If you contact us by email

If you email support@theframedverse.com, we use your email address and message only to answer your question or prepare a translation request. We do not add you to any list and do not share your email with anyone else.

The newsletter sign-up on this site

The email sign-up on the homepage is not active yet: submitting it does not send or store any data anywhere. We will update this page before that form starts working.

Buying through Etsy

The Buy button on every product page currently completes checkout through our Etsy shop, theframedverse.etsy.com. Etsy processes that purchase, including any payment information, under its own privacy policy at etsy.com/legal/privacy. We only receive an order notification, never your payment details.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, usually just email correspondence, and ask us to delete it. Email support@theframedverse.com and we will respond.
